Senior Non-Commissioned from Ghana Army. Graduated with MCs Qualification in Social Policy Research prioritises workloads efficiently and effectively. Gained management and supervisory experience in the Armed Forces as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer) participated in the United Nations in the Lebanon. Provides training for old and new starters. Albert has about three decades in leadership position both Ghana, Germany and United Kingdom. Chairman of Volta Basin Development Company (Canning Town, London), Estate Management Manager,  London Borough of Hillingdon, Housing Adviser, London Borough of Croydon, Volunteer Researcher, Canning Town Community Links, Customer Service Officer London Borough of Newham.          
                                                                                 

Justice Appiah-Agyei (Director of Finance and Strategic Marketing) is a chartered Banker with over Seventeen years (17) working experience. Twelve (12) years working experience in Banking, Three (3) years in Microfinance and Two (2) years in other fields. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst, Ghana. He hold both MBA and First Degree in Accounting. He is a Part Four (4) or Final Level student of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He has worked in various capacities in the Banking Industry including Domestic Operations. He again worked at the Accounts and Strategic Planning Department, Internal Audit and Inspection Department, Short Term Loan Department, Project/Long Term  Loan Department, Loan Monitoring and Recoveries Department, Loan Accounting Department at National Investment Bank.

At the Managerial Level, he was the Head of Loans Recoveries Department and Head of Osu Branch as Business Development Manager at Intercontinental Bank. he was the Managing Director of a Micro Finance company known as QuikCredit Financial Services Ltd. Also he worked with JDC Microfinance Company as  General Manger. I am a Director of Finance and Operations at Peace TV Plus Limited. He is a Lecturer, Research Supervisor and Director of Membership Admission at Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst, Ghana.

 He is also a member of the Governing Council of Chartered Institute Financial and Investment Analyst, Ghana and International Financial and Investment Analyst (a Pan-African Professional Body).

Mr. Alexander Tetteh – Director of Community Development

Mr. Alexander Tetteh holds a MBA in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administrator (GIMPA), an Institute of Chartered Accountants, Part III (partial) an HND Accounting from Accra Polytechnic, Certificate in Governance, Advocacy and Lobbying with the Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the United Kingdom and trained in Italy on Labour Market inclusive of Persons with Disabilities in 2010. A certificate in H R Executive in Oil & Gas Industry from Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI) in 2011 – 2012. A Certificate in proposal writing, from the University of BYU Marriott School in USA. Dr. Patrick Ocloo Seshie (Director of Investment and Strategic Business Planning) is strategic and analytical thinker, a management -economist, with strong ability in strategic planning and management. Ability to identify critical success factors of performance management and monitoring of an organization. Ability to facilitate, conduct trainings, workshops and seminars.

Excellent communication and presentation skills: Strong skills in good financial governance and organizational sustainability; excellent skill in consultancy, leadership development for organizational sustainability; excellent skill in establishment of policy, analysis and evaluation. Nicodemus Nalerrow Atsu -(Head of Administrative Service and Business Sector Information)is a product of the Cambridge International College, London-United Kingdom, formerly known as British College of Professional Management. He Holds both a High National Diploma in Office Manager/Administration and a Diploma in Management of Information Systems (M.I.S.) at Institute of Management of Information Systems, United Kingdom and Certificate in "Understanding Hygyiene in SMEs, He has about a decade experience in various Administration and Marketing. He is currently the CEO of Opportunity 2 Excel, was International Event Coordinator for Worldwide Occupational Health Doctors conference in Ghana- Ministry of Health/Ghana Health Service, Marketing Manager - Victory Building Trading Company Limited, was Hospital Foreman/Acting Support Service Manager at Nyaho Hospital and Online Administrator / Marketing Officer at Global Marketing Finance & Investment.

Mr Donald Agyeman  (Director of Agriculture) University of Ghana, Legon-Accra, Master Agricultural, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, B.Sc. Agriculture Engineering with 10 years working experience. Chief Executive Officer, designed, planned, monitored and supervised multi-cultural community development projects, writing proposals for funding, facilitated all research activitie.

Mr. Nick Jones - (Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist)  Jones is a products of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, – Kumasi. He holds MSc Engineering and Management and BSc Electrical from Ghana Telecom University. He has seventeen (17) years of experience. He was project manager at Silver Arch Construction Company Limited for for 8 years, System Manager Oda Rural Bank and Monitoring and Evaluation director at k. Brisk Company Limited.

Sammy Davis Atsu (Building Construction Engineer)is a product of the Institute of Kotobabi Technical School. He has more a decades working experience in the building industries. He Holds both a Professional Diploma and Certificate in Building and Draftmanship. He has worked as an Foreman at Ministry of Works and Housing during his National Service and has also supervised many residential and and commercial flats. 

Miss. Milicent Emefa (Assistant Marketing Officer)is a product of the Institute of Professional Studies. She Holds both a Professional Diploma and Certificate in Marketing (CIM UK) and Certificate in Cashiers’/Tellers, Degree in Marketing at the University of Legon. Amenuvor Edward Kwasi - (International Recruitment Manager) is a product of the University of Education, Winneba. He holds both a Bachelor Degree in Child Education and Diploma in Teaching at New Century Teacher Training College; he also participated in many short training programs such as Non Residential Training on HIV/AIDS, and Ghana National Fire Service.  He has about a decade working experience. He is currently a Teaching at Delali Preparatory School, works with Ho district Assembly.
