i.          To Reach out to over 200 MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises )to provide various Training programmes to improve their Leadership and Managerial skills of the owners as well as assist them in record keeping in the next Three (3) years.

ii.         To establish Financial Education Clubs in Accra and Kumasi with the aim of providing financial literacy programmes for members.

        i.            To enter into Strategic Alliance with Enterprise Development Network (EDN) Programme in the United States of America as EDN Loan Originator to help at least 30 of our clients who have U.S citizen as shareholders to have access to OPIC Guaranteed Loans to improve their businesses.

      ii.            To help provide equal employment opportunities for female and male for capacity building, infrastructure development, Economic development, promote livelihood for underprivileged, reduce poverty, empower deprived women and youth through capacity building, and equip disabled person with employable skills 

    iii.            To remain focused on controlled organizational growth and recognizing those who contribute to the growth, to be the most sought-after contractor for difficult projects in which meeting the challenges of execution, safety, and schedules set us apart from our competition.

     iv.             To understand clients problem and provide sustainable solution.
